Lovely people.
Lovely people. They don’t even have a police station in town, shows you the level of serious crime. They substitute a Facebook group for lost and found items. Very friendly. Like most towns in Finland when the sun sets, the knowledge of where to go evaporates. A small newsprint directly targeting visitors for after hours would be nice. I heard four different languages while there so I could not ask for more with politeness and understanding. Hanko is a popular summer destination and a launching pad for the archipelago so nothing I write will change that. However, like St. Louis Missouri (where I was born) the history of the Russian presence should not be swept away. Its evident in the architecture but not so much in print. The border states in the United States have had a dual allegiance to the South as well as the Union. I think Hango could build on that.Guest review bykevinUnited States

Everything in the room is fresh, new and clean. Comfortable bed and no sounds of trains disturbed us. Nearby there is a shop and fast food restaurants and in the building there is a cafe.
