Called the night before: super helpful. Extra helpful at check-in. Sauna room was so beautiful, upgraded. The room was simply gorgeous, comfortable and modern. Walked everywhere. Turku delivers and this hotel was much more than expected. Well done Seurahuone. Oh, and breakfast was also amazing.

I loved how the room was big. The parking was so easy underground. It was worth to pay the parking fee. The staff were so nice and welcoming and very pleasant. As a family we felt welcomed. There was a kids play spot which kids enjoyed a lot and it was easy to have breakfast as a family. They had affordable snacks at the restaurants to buy. The sauna was amazing small and cozy. Gym was very good and clean. It was easy to reach everywhere in the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, the location was quite a walk from the Ferry Terminal but there is a train service that meets the ferry but it is around 20min from the station. It is within an easy walk of the main buss routes The staff we dealt with were very polite and professional and helpful
