As a large family group of 2 grandparents, 6 adult children and 3 grandkids, the resort was excellent and catered for all ages. A great selection of 4 pools, beautiful beach, 2 superb restaurants and a large buffet restaurant, plus other eateries. Various shops and bars. Night time entertainment, fire dancers were excellent, grandson amazed that "he ate fire"! Water sport activities, catamaran, kayaks, jumping inflatable. Relaxing spa, 9 hole golf course with Plantation island golf balls so they're all the same! Boats available for a quick trip to Cloudbreak and other surf breaks. Cloud 9 floating bar. We did it all and it was all amazing.

Beautiful island with Sandy beaches and clear warm oceans a 50minute Mlalolo Cat ride from Port Denaru Transfers from Nadi airport to Port Denaru included in price. Seamless journey with Fijian welcome at Plantation Island. Thoroughly recommend for a family holiday.

A luxury resort in a lovely setting with great staff who are very attentive and could not do enough for us. The food is great and is served in their restaurant by the pool. The rooms are very clean and well maintained with everything you need. They use an electric vehicle to take you to the other resorts on the island and are always willing to drop you off or pick you up. There is snorkeling off the beach or you can take the free trip which is out to a sandbar daily.

I was lucky as I sailed there, and saw much of Fiji from the water. This has to be the best way. Stunning islands and reefs. Beautiful benches all over the place. Great for diving and snorkeling and sailing.

Everything, all the small touches, from the welcome coconuts to the free daily activities to the farewell song. This hotel and its staff go above and beyond and you will get great value out of the stay. The food, service and environment was also leaps and bounds better than what we experienced on the main island - particularly at double tree which we would highly recommend avoiding. Skip the main island and head straight to Lomani. You will not regret it!

The staff here are warm, friendly and go out of their way to help you and were so awesome with our son. We loved the location of the resort on Malolo Lailai Island which was stunning and all the facilities- especially the playgrounds and all the pools. Fun snorkelling at the resort and a wide variety of trips available to go out on the water. An excellent family resort.

Plantation island lives up to its standard every time. However the beds are rock hard. This would probably stop us from returning after 7 years. We stayed at another hotel in our way home and the difference was night and day. My back was in pain for the full 7 nights at PI

Staff and beautiful beach. All the staff seem to be well trained to accommodate guests well. It was great. The beautiful and calm beach gave me very rich private time. Some hotel’s free activities were very interesting, cava ceremony and cooking.
