Best staff ever. Made us feel like family. Took really good care of my partner who had a skin reaction. Everyone kept asking her about it and offering different medicines and treatments. The beach is mind blowing. The water, the marine life, the sand. It's paradise on earth. Really worth the long ferry ride. I will be recommending this place forever. Best dorm we've ever slept on, didn't even feel like a shared space. Aircon was great. Excursions were really nice. Only place we're "Fiji Time" wasn't used as an excuse... They were relaxed but always on time!

The resort is very nice. Even in the little Lodges they have installed an AC. The staff is very nice and helpful and the property is very nice. The two pools are good to relax if you want a bar next to you ;) Both restaurants are very good and we enjoyed our stay.

The host Vilise was making you feel at home. He makes the best icecream from fresh fruit! Delicious 100%. He is also an excellent cook. Walking to the other side of the island over different paths, gave an exploring feel! I’m delightful I have experienced his place.

If you came to this page, you are looking for an experience close to the people of the Yasawa islands. You will find it here much more than at any resort. You will stay at a single house with 3 rooms, no other houses or hotels nearby with which to share the beach. The lovely people of the house will take you on many adventures, from visiting the local village where some of them live to the famous Sawa-I-Lau Caves. We even had the fortune to assist the first instalment of a yearly rugby tournament to which teams from all over and even the main island joined. A big shout out to Chef Sai who everyday whipped up from scratch very tasty and varied meals. She's the motherly figure of the house. Many of the ingredients are locally grown in the garden or sourced from the sea nearby. There is internet and it was workable most of the time, weaker on cloudy days, keeping in mind that you are on an island with little infrastructure. Overall, we loved our stay here. It was everything we expected and more!

The quiet at this hotel is amazing. There are only a few bures, it's very private and peaceful, and we loved the calm atmosphere. At the same time, the staff is super warm and friendly, and they really make you feel at home. The hotel offers activities every morning and afternoon—like snorkeling and a village tour—and we enjoyed all of them. The food and the facilities were great, and our bure right on the beach was everything we hoped for. Our only regret is that we didn’t book more nights!

Long Beach family was the best part of our travel to Fiji just so lovely and caring! The beach is beautiful and snorkelling just amazing! Blue lagoon is just short trip by boat, from there you can get some snaks from the minimarket even if the food offered was just enough and delicious! Thanks Kasa and family we loved you

This village home-stay was a joy and a privilege to experience, with true Fijian heart felt hospitality. The people are absolutely lovely here. You got to have a meal in a different home every day and meet the families. They will treat you with utmost respect so prefer to sit with you while you eat and then they eat later. It is their way of caring and respecting you so please dont feel it as rejection. The food was fantastically fresh and traditional with fresh fish, crab and locally sourced and grown fruit and veges. Life is simple and uncomplicated. Church is a big part of life here and at 6am and 6pm the huge log drum was used to summon parishioners. The singing was absolutely beautiful. The community hall got lot of use with meetings, cava ceremonies and gatherings. It was wonderful to see the local children arrive home from school in a small boat on Friday. Once they are over 9yrs they board at another location on the island to attend school together and come home every weekend to eagerly awaiting parents. The junior school in the village is very cute and the children love interaction. Given the true traditional nature of this unspoiled village you must keep to the traditions and not wear hats in the village and ladies must wear a sarong so no shorts, leggings or trousers. Drinking water is free and there are mosquito nets although I didnt experience any mosquitoes. No shop here but you can charge your phone. If you can bring any medical supplies such iodine, bandages, bandaids and dressings please do as the local health centre is a boat trip away and supplies can be limited for them. They will soo very much appreciate your kindness. Please do not bring plastics as they cannot be recycled. Any supplies for the school will also be gratefully received. Get cava for the chief if you can as this a a traditional gift. The best is the very long thick rooted type from Nandi market but it is pricey. Otherwise just bring a big smile :0)

Very beautiful place and bures! Showers with warm water. Free kajaks in very good condition. Food very good! Breakfast is a buffet. We really appreciate the fact that unlike most locations on the Yasawa the mealplan in Nabua Lodge is not compulsary. 20fjd per meal, just pay what you have. Free pickup from Yasawa Flyer.

We wanted a homestay run by locals, so we got an authentic experience. No roads, no cars, only walking tracks and hiking trails. Wonderful. They are isolated, so no shop, I would recommend taking sachet coffees etc if you like more than instant. If you get inspired to want to help them (as I was) you could think of taking snorkelling flippers and leaving them there, or packraft paddles (they come apart), or a yoghurt maker and powder packets to make yoghurt. Some books, games, or big maps of Yasawa. We had a week, which was just right....but didn't get to do all the activities we intended to. Too nice being relaxed and even lazy. The ferry ride there is fun and interesting and they supply complimentary transfers to and from accommodation. South Sea Cruises. Apparently there is a supply boat from Lautoka once a week which is much cheaper.

I liked the relaxing vibe of the place, was nice just to chill in the bure or hammock or do activities like kayaking or hiking the trail over the hills, which is a great photo opportunity overlooking other fijian islands.

Nacula Island is gorgeous.

Nacula Island is gorgeous. It has pristine white sand beaches and wonderful snorkeling right off the beaches. There is also good hiking trails to explore and get a birds eye view of the island. There are 4 villages on the island. We visited Nasisili Village and brought Kava Root to the Chief. We were welcomed into his home and village. We also brought school supplies for the children and the Chief's daughter later distributed the supplies to the children and sent us pictures.

Nacula (pronounced na-th-ula) is an incredible place to stay...

Nacula (pronounced na-th-ula) is an incredible place to stay. It's the last stop for accomodation on the Yasawa Flyer. It has a home reef you can snorkel at, with plentiful and diverse sea life, including an elusive turtle, and colourful and varied coral. Hiking is available and easy to get to, with trail heads and trail easy to find and follow. There are caves which you can visit and swim in a short boat ride away. The local village allows people to attend the church service at a low cost. It is a wonderful place to rest and rejuvenate.
