This isn’t a party resort — it’s calm, peaceful, and pristine, with a private beach that feels like paradise. The food was outstanding (every dish exceeded expectations — especially the curries, fresh fish, and tropical breakfasts). What makes Wellesley truly special is the connection to the local community. Playing rugby on the beach with kids, joining a Sunday church service, sharing meals with families, and experiencing Fijian traditions like kava and fishing gave us memories we’ll treasure forever. If you visit, bring along clothes or school supplies to donate — it’s a small gesture that means so much to the village. Wellesley isn’t just a holiday — it’s an experience that stays with you. Patricia, her mum and children were wonderful! I loved staying in their home and felt like part of a family. They were very kind, welcoming and friendly. Patricia cooked me a delicious lunch and dinner and breakfast. It was a local cuisine, big portion and very tasty. I would come again!

The location was perfect yet close to beautiful beaches, the closest market just half an hour away in Sigatoka, and some little restaurants just across the road , moreover there is a fruit and vegetable shop very useful during our stay. The pool was such a treat, perfect for a morning dip or a lazy afternoon in the sun. A plus that we enjoyed a lot a kayak and sup free to use for the guests. Sunny, Bill, and Kata were always there for us and happy to help with anything we needed. Their kindness made our trip even more special. We left feeling rested, happy, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Fiji getaway! 🌺💙
