The city is much more lively than Bastia with a nice art museum a historical museum and several beautiful beaches not far (3 miles) from the city center. Unfortunately, I booked an all day boat trip to Bonifacio which was cancelled due to rough seas. I recommend starting your acquaintance with the market, then visiting the cathedral. After getting to know the cathedral, visit Napoleon's house. I booked two rooms: a Privilege Room with pool view and a Classic Room with sea view. The Privilege Room was much larger and more comfortable, and it included a minibar, which the Classic Room did not. Both rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast offered a good variety of options.
