Cathedral is great. The roman ruins are pretty good. The town is wonderful to walk around in. In the evening everyone was gone and the streets were quiet and wonderful. Easy to visit Roman remains, all free of charge.

My room, at the front of the hotel was is the oldest part of the building, was large with high ceilings and a wealth of original features. The room was spotlessly clean with a large comfortable bed, the breakfast in the morning was good with a large selection of home made produce. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Autun. The apartment had a lot of character and was well equipped with everything we might need during our two night stay. Victoire was extremely welcoming and very helpful and caring when we needed medical assistance for my husband the day after we arrived.
