The house looks just lovely in its location. Our room on the ground floor was very nice and comfortable, with a great view on the surrounding lawns and fields from our window and terrace. The breakfast was very good; the hotel provides pre-printed notes with items to choose from to avoid food waste (with regard to the choices of bread it could be made clearer that the items to choose from, like croissants and so on, are additional to the several sorts of bread that are available at the buffet anyway). We will certainly choose Villa Walbaum again if we ever come back to this region.

The place was amazing, the bedroom, the swimming pool and the staff. The staff was helpful, welcoming and so nice. We stayed in the premium garden room, it was an excellent room, with sunbeds with a terrace looking at the big garden. It is a lovely place, we were really surprised in a good place. That bedroom and the accomodities were worth a 5-star hotel.

such a charming wonderfull hotel. welcomming personal and explicit awesome great breakfeast with fresh juice fresh filter Coffee bread and the best of the best, so well tasting pancakes. also the surroundings of the hotel was great. all in all a perfect place to spend a night or a vacation.

Location and room size was great. We were going on an overnight canoe trip and we were able to walk to the river and also walk into the village.easily it was. offf the main rd so very quiet. Lovely courtyard garden with lots of shade and chairs to rekax

Lovely hotel with lots of character. There is ample free car parking space available. Christophe is a very gracious host and enjoyed showing around the property. The rooms are very large, clean, very comfortable, very quiet and well appointed. The courtyard is a fabulous space and we can imagine it would be a lovely area to spend a summer evening. The food is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed some homemade soup, followed by homemade charcuterie.
