Friendly and helpful staff. I was able to leave my suitcase during the sightseeing of the city as I had my flight back at night time. Bed is very comfortable, perfect to have a good rest after 17 kms walk in the Sentier du Litoral and surroundings. Just a few minutes walk from train station. Supermarket opposite the hotel. Thanks for great stay!!

I don't understand why they have such bad reviews. Everything was fine there. Absolutely extraordinary receptionists! Pascal was very helpful, funny, and willing to help. Amazing breakfasts! Very close to the sea. Parking places for motorbikes in front of the hotel. Love it there!

It was perfect. A lovely room with a kitchenette so it felt like an apartment. I really liked the room's decor. It was bright and relaxing at the same time. It was great to have a terrace area too - and all this just a five minute walk from the beach! Florence was very pleasant too.

People are very friendly everywhere (except some bus drivers). Most people switch to English and are ready to help if necessary. The service is also very good everywhere. The place is not a party location, more for families and people who would like to have a quiet vacation. There are modern coffee places (Fragile, Copenhagen coffee lab) in addition to more traditional brasseries and boulangeries. Wine by glass is tasty but also very reasonably price everywhere.

Cagnes-sur- Mer is a thriving hub about 4 miles from Nice...

Cagnes-sur- Mer is a thriving hub about 4 miles from Nice with train and bus connections to all the surrounding resorts and hill towns in the area. There are plenty of shops for food, a market and lots of restaurants. a free shuttle bus is available to take you to the hill village of Haut Cagnes, well worth a visit and there is also a free bus to the beach although lots of the local buses serve the beach too as well as it having its own station Cros de Cagnes. A ten minute walk brings you to the station.

It is a town which combines the promenade ( tourist...

It is a town which combines the promenade ( tourist area ) and a working town with lots of shops, market and bus and train stations. The town provided easy access to Vence and Nice. Those interested in Art and History will be delighted with Renoir’s house and the Grimaldi Palace in Cagnes-sur-Mer. The Matisse Chapel ( Vence ) and lots of musee in Nice. All within 30 minutes by bus or train.

We spent three nights there. The location of the Studiotel is really good, only 15 mins walk from the train station and just a few mins to the beach and the promenade. We had a very nice view from the balcony - you can see the sea, the mountains and the Hippodrome, really stunning. We appreciated the view and the balcony a lot. The studio was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect base for us to explore Cagnes-sur-Mer and the surrounding area from here. And the host was very helpful. Merci.

We had 2 bedroom appartment, it was big and comfortable. The staff was helpfull, check in/out was very smooth. 5 minutes walking to the beach and the city center with tons of restaurants. Easy to reach Nice (the bus stattion just in front of the hotel, and it takes 40 minutes to the Nice old town) and Monaco or other cities (the train station is at 7 minutes walking distance).

The view from the room was great (we had a balcony overlooking the sea), the location is really nice for Cagnes-sur-mer, and a short car ride from the Nice airport. The information/pictures was accurate, room size was ok. Shower pressure was good.
