A new efficient aparthotel, just 10 mins. from the strand or the old town. Underground garage (€20/day) everything secured, we had a very comf apartment, with a modern small kitchen completely efficient.A good comf bed with good pillows. A gorgeous breakfast: good quality products, a great choice of hot & cold food, 2 coffeemachines, teapots for fresh teas/infusions, fresh fruit....everything just inviting with kind helpful staff. If you don't want to have your room made, just hang a card outside the door the previous night. Nobody will enter in the room. We chose9 it also because we have a dog and didn't want to have the maid enter the room while we were having breakfast.

We loved the 2 hot tubs on the rooftop of the hotel, veryrelaxing after a day of exploring Cannes . Very good breakfast in the outdoor garden. Quiet location within 10 minute walking distance of Rue d’Antibes. We will certainly come back.

Very good room with a good bad and nice terrace. Everything is OK. The breakfast is normal, but it can be a bit more variety - for example, sausages, fried eggs (not just an omelet). The personal is very helpful.

    The whole city felt safe and very clean.

    The whole city felt safe and very clean. The walk along the Coisette was very enjoyable with plenty of seats to sit and watch the world go by. Visits to both of the Islands is a must. Self catering is easy with supermarkets and fruit and veg markets close at hand. The train station is within easy walking distance and a day trip to Ventimiglia in Italy is recommended. The police presence in Cannes was very reassuring.

    An extreme place - a bit unreal for the average person but a must see. Wealth there is astonishing. Immense range of restaurant options. Full of beautiful places, yachts, cars and people. Would recommend to go at least once. Very similar to Monte Carlo

    Mostly disappointed with pollution!

    Mostly disappointed with pollution! Smoking is allowed everywhere. Worst ever on all my trips! Beaches are pretty dirty! And the seawater is very dirty. I did not expect this! Very disappointing this time. I'll never go back. There are many prettier places for a real vacation and rest!

    Cannes is very beautiful for those who like small towns.

    Cannes is very beautiful for those who like small towns. It has everything you need, all the luxury stores and normal stores. The beach, if you like to walk around like me. The clubs, the shopping malls are very friendly, at least with me. When I came with my friend , we stayed in an apartment, so it's much cheaper if you share with friends. This time I came alone with my kid to met my fiends that live on here. When I come alone, the best is to be at the hotel, is the safest.

    It depends what you are seaching for.

    It depends what you are seaching for. High life, rich nicht life, partying, a lot of posh, glamour, expensive cars - definitely for you. But also nice place to stay for a couple of days as it good commuted and quite in the center of Riviera. Generally worth to come!

    From the start I loved the fact that the hotel is very close to the railway station, less than a 5 minute walk. Our room had window blinds, curtains, a soft bed, and a good A/C unit, all making for a great resting place. On our last day, after the checkout, we left out luggages with the stuff and came to pick them up a few hours later. This allowed us to enjoy one more day in Cannes.

    Owner of flat super kindly, helping and supporting at any time! The best owner of flat for vacation and holiday in France. The flat is super nice, clean, very comfortable. The beach is super close to the flat. Supermarket and restaurants are available near to the flat. It was super great time in Cannes for enjoying and relaxing with my family.

    This hotel was in the best location, just 5 minutes away from everything you need to see in Cannes. My friend and I arrived a couple hours early but the staff were so lovely and let us store our baggage, and were overall very friendly. The bathroom was nice and updated which was also a nice touch.
