to be fair the hotel is a bit old but it’s always warm and clean with hot water and towels, the staff are really kind and the restaurant next door is amazing! it’s why we stay every time we are driving up through France.

    The room was very, very basic, the bathroom wasn’t really usable for showering if you sat on the toilet your feet were in the shower, the wash basin was partly in the shower. Mould was around the hand basin and the shower door was short at the bottom by about 6 - 8 cms. Probably due to the shower overflowing ? Overall very disappointed would not use again. Hotel completely full with workmen so no other room available

    Friendly helpful staff on reception. Our room was very clean with lovely white bedlinen and towels. This is basic 'no-frills' hotel but is very good and is our 'go to' on our drive down to Spain. They offer 24 hour reception and a locked car park after 11pm which gives security if you are travelling with a packed car. Breakfast is good - starts at 0600 so we can get off early.
