The location was great for getting to the Eurotunnel for an early start the next day. It was a countryside location and really lovely. The property was a great space for a one night stay for us as a family. We were greeted by the owners, and they were very attentive. Everything you need kitchen wise and a great shared garden and pool for the children to play in. Really loved it.

Newly converted apartment with nice equipment. The shower was excellent and the sofa bed was more comfortable than many, especially if one's feet are at the sofa end. The WC is hidden in an alcove however it doesn't have a door which some people might prefer. The fridge would be easier to use if it's door hinges were swapped to the other side. The area was urban but quiet although you may want to shut the back window if you don't want to hear the local early morning cockerel calling!

Such a quiet location (compared to where we live). Tiny bit of noise from nearby business, but it really wasn't a problem. Great size house, we really liked being able to spread out. Lots of comfy chairs, awesome dining table, really great kitchen - never been to a place before which had so many plates and cutlery. Well appointed kitchen. Lovely huge downstairs bathroom. So many lovely decorations around the house too. You really felt in the countryside but only 5 minutes drive from Calais. Lovely local boulangerie and supermarket v close too.

I selected this hotel because it is right next to the French side of the Eurotunnel. Very good hotel, staff were friendly, food was *very* tasty, room was spacious and clean and bed was good. I also loved that the bar had triple Grimbergen. We liked it so much that we booked it again on the way back.

    Small village - quiet backwater minutes from Calais centre. Very 'French' in feel. Appears to have a bus service. We ate in Calais centre as we were late in arriving; there are some restaurants within a short car drive, but they were closing as we were too late. Fast food opportunities were available, but we'd had too much pizza already ;o)
