We stayed 5 days in Paris with my wife and son, and we really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we loved that we could connect to Netflix in the evenings. The water station in the lobby was also super handy and a top notch. But honestly, the best part of our stay was Bertrand. He was always so friendly, kind, and helpful. He gave us lots of useful information, especially about Disneyland which is very close to the hotel. His warm attitude really made a difference for us, because friendliness isn’t always easy to find in Paris. Thanks to Bertrand , and Disneyland cast and crew we felt very welcome and had a great stay.

I enjoyed how they used technology around the facility. You don't need cards to open your room doors. They even use robots for the massage or make you coffee. I loved the place and I would definitely come back again.
