Ideally located and with a car park right next to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and creperies nearby - just a few yards away! Very nice staff who gave great advice and made us feel very welcome in beautiful Dinan. Modern and immaculate bedrooms - walk in showers too. Very good breakfast indeed.

Amazing staff - we had a fall off our bike and one of us had to go to hospital. Hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. There is lovely restaurant on-site and the location of this hotel is perfect. Easy walking distance to markets (,on Thursday mornings) and to the centre of town, and to attractions.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They gave us a good recommendation for an excellent restaurant within walking distance and information on visiting the old town. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty and I loved the make your own fresh orange juice machine.

I loved everything about this hotel: the safe location next to the castle, close to restaurants and shops, comfy bed and pillows, hot shower, but most especially the amazing service. Doriane was not only helpful in terms of a friendly receptionist; she went above and beyond to help me search and book bus and train tickets, look into my next destination, recommend restaurants and things to see in Dinan and more. The location was perfect, central to everything, including the Information office, the castle, the town for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The garden is composed of many sitting areas that stretched out to an overlook of the castle and is a part of the original city walls. The photos on the website don’t do it justice. A variety of trees, plants, and flowers - the perfect place to relax with a beverage.

    The beautiful old houses & the interesting small shops.

    The beautiful old houses & the interesting small shops. We had some meals at a restaurant at the bottom of the street,. The mussels there were fantastic as was the cider. Generally the Breton gallettes were very interesting & well worth trying as were the crepes, of course. The port area was very attractive & I loved the surrounding countryside & the tree lined roads.

    We only stopped for one night on the way to SW Brittany.

    We only stopped for one night on the way to SW Brittany. We should have stayed longer as Dinan looked interesting. On our way out we managed to visit the ancient Abbey of Leon, just outside Dinan, which is definitely worth a visit if you like old architecture and history.

    Dinan is a beautiful town, particularly the old walled-city part (of course), and its location on the Rance is fantastic. By all means be sure to take at least a short walk along the river (though be prepared for a steep walk back up into the town!).

    A very good experience.

    A very good experience. Splendid old town with many interesting buildings, nice art shops, interesting castle and churches. Very helpful lady at the information office. Parking was convenient, about €15 per day.

    Dinan is a lovely town with lots to do nice restaurants lots...

    Dinan is a lovely town with lots to do nice restaurants lots of history and nice walks the bus and train service from St Malo is good and lots of little villages to explore if you have a car take a trip to Dinan you won’t regret it, I’ve been many times and it’s one of my favorite places to go.

    We loved the location of the hotel - right on the port within walking distance of the old streets, and plentiful restaurants across the water. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful, providing us with a map and suggesting where to go in Dinan. Parking on site was a huge plus for us! The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of tasty choices and they had alternative milks and yoghurt out too.

    Lovely hotel 10 minutes walk into historic picturesque town centre, a hotel we stayed in last year. Quiet location. Parked easily overnight outside in the square for the railway station. Warm welcoming reception from the owner. Good value. Comfortable clean and quiet room. Water available in the corridor outside the room, and I noticed a small kettle. Stayed one night again as last year but there's much in Dinan, so will stay two nights next time.

    An excellent small family run hotel, in a quiet area of Dinan but only a few minutes walk away from the Old Town and it’s narrow streets. Parking (payable but not expensive) opposite the hotel. Service from everyone working there was excellent and the restaurant food is very good and tasty. When we visit Dinan again in the future we will definitely look to stay here.

The nearest town, Dinan, was approximately 25 mins walk away or a 5 minute drive. Well worth a visit for its intact medieval buildings and for its shops, cafés and restaurants.
