Dinard is a lovely, clean and friendly town that is very 'chilled' - it puts our UK seaside resorts to absolute shame. Perhaps because there were few 'brits' there - certainly not many 'tubs & tats' There are loads of good shops and restaurants and the locals are really welcoming. The view from this elegant apartment is simply stunning! The position is great and having safe, free parking made such a difference - we didn't use the car all weekend and really loved the short boat trip over to St Malo. The building (former Hotel Royal) is in need of significant renovation. Work is underway which could make things noisy during the week but Friday-Monday was perfect.Guest review byJane - 8.0

Dinard is a great location for a family beach holiday but...
Dinard is a great location for a family beach holiday but also for visiting the numerous sites of interests in that region of Brittany and Normandy. Whilst there, we visited St Malo, Le Mont St Michel, Dinan, Fort La Latte and Le Val-Andre amongst many others. Lots of history but also countryside. Great boat trips from Dinard to lots of places. Dinard is a hidden gem very close to St. Malo. It is an elegant seaside resort with wide and clean sand beaches. The town itself is spotless and very well managed, apparently very affluent as houses are big and well maintained.Guest review byIonutUnited Kingdom

There is a beach on the doorstep, as well as an ocean pool. The rooms are very comfortable and stylishly kitted out - an antidote to corporate, chain hotels. We loved the huge bed in our room, the sitting area and the Nespresso coffee machine! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, tidy and well decorated. We had a comfortable room on the 3rd floor with a view of the sea and beach, although it was very compact! A useful lift to access upper floors. Help yourself buffet continental breakfast was fresh and tasty although a little pricey at €11 per person. Very spacious with lots of storage. The beds are extremely comfortable, and we had great night's sleep whilst we were there. Great location for accessing St. Enogat and the beach and only 15 minutes walk from Dinard. On the third floor, the apartment is serviced by a lift as well as stairs.
