Good location, we were able to check in late (our train had been delayed significantly). The house is freshly built, with big elevator. The balcony was nice and silent. The kitchen is well equipped. Wi-Fi was good.

A decent sized space, with comfortable bed. Great coffee machine supplied with good coffee, and there were basic kitchen facilities. This is not a luxury apartment, but shower OK and towels provided. I was worried by the previous comments about smell, but I didn't find any smell in the apartment, despite it being an incredibly humid and wet weather during our stay. I don't have the keenest sense of smell, and we kept on the air purifier except at night as it was a little noisy. We had an electrical issue during our stay which the owner responded to quickly and to our satisfaction.

    Excellent place to stay.

    Excellent place to stay. Well thought out and modern and clean. Excellent communications and access. Very safe on property. Ease of access to metro and quick to airport or downtown Paris via B metro. Loved the host and all the thoughtful gestures he provided. We wished we would have stayed longer. Definitely would come back!!

    I went to Paris to attend an event at Parc des Expositions Villepinte, so I needed to stay in a place not too far from it, but at the same time I didn't want to be away from Paris, so this flat in Drancy was in a perfect location. Had a big flat for myself, with double bed, TV, heating, good shower and kitchen. The host did not speak English, but we managed to understand each other and they were super nice.

    The host was very helpful and kind. He answered all my questions quickly even in the days before the trip. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed. Free WiFi is also available at the hotel. We got all the help we needed. On the day of departure, he even ordered the taxi for us at my special request.

    I have not been in the Appartment as mentioned above, so I have no further comment on how good or bad it is. I dislike the fact that when I arrived at the Appartment, there was no one to receive me and no information on what to do. I had to book another hotel to find a place where to sleep, in a panic mode. That wasn’t nice, it was very upsetting !
