Given that it's a Parisian suburb, the African and Turkish population is heavily represented, but the property appears to be in a quiet area. Excellent free parking. The room is clean and the staff are friendly, with good English and limited Italian.

We booked this place because our flight was cancelled at 9:45 PM. We had to sleep there because we couldn't find a hotel, and when we arrived they didn't have dinner available. The entrance was very dark and the neighborhood was dark. We were traveling with a child. We almost could have stayed at the airport. It smelled like urine. The bathroom was very clean.

The price was good for a last minute booking for a short business trip. I only needed a place to sleep and got exactly that. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean. The hotel was peaceful over night. I arrived late so don't know about dinner (or even if it was available). I left early so I don't know about the breakfast. For just needing a basic place to stay, this was fine in my case.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave directions on which train we needed to get to Paris and gave good suggestions on places close to the hotel to eat. Location was close to several dining options within walking distance as well as the train station and bus stop. Rooms were clean and had air conditioning.

Great location. A 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The train ride into Paris was about 30 minutes. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to park our motorcycle in the underground garage.
