For the first time, the photographs on Booking.com do not do this property justice, it is far more beautiful than depicted. We were so well looked after by Jade and Aimee, their attention to detail is second to none, they were both extremely helpful and we felt so “at home” we extended our stay by another night! The location could not be better, easy to find and walking distance to all of the sights, shops and restaurants Nancy has to offer. The hotel parking is both convenient and secure.

Immaculate. Good parking, amazing spa and the bed, even though stated as a twin, is in fact two amazingly comfortable single beds with a double duvet. Super kitchenette, table, shower and spa access. Who do this again in an instant. Probably the best apart hotel we’ve staying in in Nancy and we’ve stayed in nearly all now. There is a BUT… however…

We stopped for a night and that was fine.

We stopped for a night and that was fine. If you are alone, it is a nice place to stop for a night or two. Beds are clean and I also saw that in fact they do change all the bed sheets when people check out which is great! Breakfast covers basics like bread, cheese, butter, coffee, croissant, some eggs and bacon, yogurt and apple, cereal and dry oats. Breakfast felt like first come first serve, once things finish it did not get replenished. We were surprised the bread was stale. If you are with the family, rooms are too small. There is one chair in the room for someone to sit and that’s about it. You have to hang out on the bed as there is no other space. Rooms are small so getting around is a bit hard especially if you have active kids who like running around. Bathroom is tiny but water pressure is great. There is not much to do around but there is McDonald’s and Burger King and two massive supermarkets( lidl and another French one) if you are on time to enjoy them. Parking was free and they have a nice cat meeting you at the door.

it met our expectations. easy to book and easy to contact. We arrived after 9pm so was sent instructions how to enter the car park hotel and room. we were very satisfied and would use again as it was also cost effective

Good for shopping, and you can walk your dog in the woods safely. Easy to access from autoroute. Safe for female travellers on their own. Selection of budget restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel.

The air conditioning didn't work.

The air conditioning didn't work. It only blew out a little air, but it wasn't cold. And it was 27 degrees outside. Inside, too. It's always a shame when they advertise "air conditioning included," but then it doesn't work. This often happens in budget hotels. Too bad. Don't mention "air conditioning."

The room was very cramped, and we found the bed and pillows very soft. You also shouldn't arrive before reception is open, because the PIN code you received on your confirmation won't work then. Otherwise, it's a great, albeit very small, place to stay for a budget-friendly overnight stay.

Conveniently located near the highway.

Conveniently located near the highway. Traveling south or north? This is a perfect stop! Several restaurants and supermarkets are ideal! The Buffalo Grill is great! And so is the Hotel Nancy Frouard next door!

Location is good with connection back on to the motorway. Size of the room was decent for budget hotel. Bed was firm, which is not a problem for me. Requested extra pillows for my back and hip problems, which I got.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, near the highway but far enough to not be a noisy distraction. So location is very good for motor travellers. Rooms are clean and staff helpful
