The owner wrote step-by-step instructions and attached pictures for guidance, making it easy to find. I was a little confused with the location itself because there are several properties at the same address, but it was quickly resolved. The apartment is on the semi-basement, but when you enter and discover how beautifully it is decorated, and themed; how attentive to every detail for hygiene, for the kitchen she is, plus the surprise gift, you feel at home. Additionally, there is information about nearby destinations. That's how I understand the welcoming host.

    The village was lovely and picturesque, we stayed for a...

    The village was lovely and picturesque, we stayed for a family wedding and visited the surrounding villages which were all lovely. The locals were Friendly and the food was delicious. The owner of the property was very helpful, we had a couple of requests such as a kettle and batteries for the remote, which she delivered promptly for us. The Wi-Fi signal was intermittent, although we did manage to use Netflix once or twice. The apartment was very cozy, close to the shops. There was some noise from above during the day but quiet at night. All in all the apartment was cozy, well equipped and had a lovely feel about it, I would recommend it if you are travelling to Alsace, not too far from Strasbourg either.

    Good hotel outside the city, so you can easily drive there and escape the chaos of the city. It is about 5km from the park and ride facility which is really well connected by trams and buses. The beds were comfortable, room had good noise isolation and the wifi worked well.

    Nice surprise, with a large, modern room, and a good bed. Free parking on site was very practical. The breakfast was not exceptional but had everything that one would expect. Really happy with this hotel which was not my usual choice in Strasbourg, but it will become now.

    The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything clearly. They were flexible with arrival time. The room was quiet. There was enough space for breakfast and several food to choose from. Also, the hotel offers parking.

    Communication with the staff was good. The staff seemed friendly, but I can't imagine that they are themselves happy with the condition of this hotel. The pictures on their website do not meet the reality in any way.
