Honfleur is a gorgeous mediaeval fishing town that we have visited well over a dozen times. We never get tired of going back. There is always something to see and do. Amazing art galleries to look at, the small tourist train that takes you to all the main sites in Honfleur and it's environs. The replica William the Conquerors longship that is being built - a trip on the Seine to the Pont-d- Normandie. La Lieutenance, the harbour and the numerous cafes and restaurants, just walking through the old town/St Catherine Quarter (downhill always leads back to the old harbour - so you can't get lost!)Guest review byPaulUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We were here last year at the same time and found some noticeable changes - many brocante stores have opened up ( great!) and it is much busier with large numbers of tourist groups from cruises. A beautiful old harbour town, that was buzzing with life even in the cold and damp. There are so many beautiful houses and buildings and the streets are filled with galleries and handicraft shops. The Cozy room was a fair size with a comfortable bed and the bathroom also was roomy but a poor shower which you had to hold and the bath was very small. We had a view of the garden which we knew when we booked, breakfast was good with cooked options of eggs, omelette and bacon which is rare in France.
