Everywhere you look there is something to admire in this hotel. So tastefully decorated, so much attention to detail, whilst still maintaining that feeling of like being at home. The sitting room is a space where you want to sit and relax in to have an aperitif or a coffee. The breakfast, that is served in a gorgeous room, is composed of deliciously fresh produce from the area. The bedrooms are comfortable and luxurious. And special mention to the very warm welcome we received from the staff who are so friendly and took such great care of us.

    Domaine Mont Riant was the perfect place to stay for us. Some of our family were also in the hotel and Madame Massonde made us all very welcome and was extremely accommodating with regard to numbers eating together, timing etc. Breakfast was freshly made and home produce made it even better. The evening meal - we had the set menu on two evenings - was appealing and quite delicious using fresh produce again.

    Very good value for money. Peaceful location. Lots of pleasant walks in the nearby hills. Basic but perfectly adequate facilities for a comfortable long stay. Nearby shops, including a supermarket 10 minutes walk away and a Lidl 5 minutes drive. Jurancon has very good transport links to town with buses every 10 minutes on weekdays and hourly on Sundays. Pau town centre is a 30 minute walk.

    Marilyn is a great host; friendly and funny. Our rooms in the main hotel building were huge, stylish and relaxing.. Very comfy bed, wonderful outlook over the countryside towards Pau, and beyond. Lovely grounds and pool. The atmosphere is wonderful. We didn't get to eat in the restaurant, which by all accounts is very good. Nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

    Hosts were amazing, and we were able to check in a little earlier. Fantastic views over Pau and the Pyrenees and the grounds were beautiful. We ate at the hotel, and I am still smiling. Food was fine dining and worth every penny. The pear soufflé was to die for. Would definitely book again if we were in the area.

    Wonderful location on the coteaux of Jurancon, overlooking the city of Pau and the Pyrenees. The evening meal that we booked for one night was exceptional. Very friendly host with excellent English.
