it was our best decision to stay here instead of the city. Excellent hotel. It is possible to visit the spa center for free, which we did for 2 days. The spa is not big but very good, there are several saunas, a steam room and a pool. There is also parking on the territory. We had a superior room, it looks better than in the photo. Also, I thank the staff for delivering dinner to the room when the restaurant was full. The location of the hotel is very good, it's quiet, the view of the mountains. Keep in mind that in winter you will need snow chains! And please check the road, because at first our navigator took the wrong road and we drove along the cobblestones (with dangerous descents). But there is a different nice road nearby and you will get to Colmar in 20 minutes. It is also obligatory to go to a wine degustation and drive along the wine road. Visit small towns. You'll like it. In Colmar I recommend to be no more than 1 day.

Great decoration, real countryside vibe. Bed is comfortable. Spa is pleasant. Beautiful garden. The spa is well equipped and decorated. However it is tiny and can contain only a few people at a time. We had to wait 20 minutes for the hot tub to finish their turn before we could enjoy😶‍🌫️. Think twice if you are booking on a common holiday because apparently this hotel is popular and can be fully booked.

We were extremely warmly welcomed by the staff when arriving to the hotel. As soon as we parked a staff member came to collect our luggage. He even helped us figure out the tilt function on our bicycle rack, that we did not know about. Upon leaving our bags were put in the car while we did out checkout and our car was driven to next to the main entrance, from where it was very easy to depart. We also liked very much the Winstube restaurant, which was the traditional one of the two restaurants.

Couldn’t fault anything. Location excellent, great room, clean and well laid out. Breakfast was good with attentive staff. Had cocktails in the downstairs bar the night we were there. Close to restaurants with the staff eager to point us in the right direction. Hotel was keen to emphasise the eco credentials of the hotel.

delighted to arrive in the rain after a hard day cycling the first stage of The Western Front Way. Our room had a great view of the river and the shower was amazing. Secure parking for the bikes. The hotel is very modern and the staff attentive. Breakfast was excellent and fuelled us for our onward journey.

    The value for your money is just great .

    The value for your money is just great . We had breakfast and dinner included in the room rate and it was well worth it . The food was excellent ! Some small things could have been better like a hook on the bathroom door for your towel , tissue paper, shower gel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable . The look of the room is outdated but we didn’t care .

    Charming little hotel in a cute village. The staff were attentive throughout my stay. The rooms are a bit dated but full of character. Very dog-friendly, with a great modern restaurant and a good breakfast. There’s also a fantastic bakery just across the street. Perfect starting point for exploring the Vosges, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel – though be aware that in early May the bus to Colmar only ran twice on Sundays, but more frequently during the week. Didn’t use the spa, so can’t comment on that.

    I travelled with my family. We had a lovely stay at this peaceful hotel in Labaroche. The room was cozy and clean, and the views were stunning. The wellness area was a real highlight – we truly enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi, and hammam. The food served was fresh and delicious, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The children park was nearby that kept my toddler engaged and happy. A perfect place to unwind in nature!

    I traveled with a car, so it was a good way to spare a couple of euros for the room as well as for the parking. My objectives were a long walk through Colmar and a hike around Lac Blanc/Lanc Noir in Vosges (which I cordialy advise to take). The location of the hotel just between those two point was perfect. It also can be a good idea to visit the hotel's restaurant - I was positively surprised with it.

    The location of the apartment is perfect! It's so quiet and you have a great view! From the apartment you have many options to go hiking. Both Labaroche and Orbey are lovely little towns and worth a visit!

    I liked the quiet mountain location of this hotel. I also appreciated the easy use of the spa,after a tiring, traveling day. The room was big enough for 2 people, and the bed firm!
