The hotel was in a perfect situation to explore Rouen. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a wide range of different dishes and couldn’t be faulted. Evening meal had lovely helpful servers and a great selection of food.

Everything, the staff were most helpful, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Parking for disabled was right outside. Late check out , Restaurant was great, outdoor seating area on balcony opened up for us with rugs for the cold. Will defiantly return

The hotel is brand new. The rooms are very nice. The staff are extremely helpful, they were very kind to my 2 little girls and gave them a little duck to play with. The breakfast is good too.

Stayed there because of being near Metro line into Rouen. Check in not straightforward as no staff on duty in afternoon and check in machine proved difficult to understand. Hotel room clean and comfortable and buffet breakfast very comprehensive. Excellent coffee.

I just came here to spend the night on the way south.

I just came here to spend the night on the way south. Traffic and one-way streets but nothing unusual. Rouen environmental zone - I was not prepared for this (sticker required). Would have stayed somewhere else if I had known. Not much close to hotel but I didn't really care.

For those traveling by car, it's excellent because access is easy and there's free parking. It's not in the center of Rouen, but access to the center is also very easy by car. I wouldn't be able to evaluate it using other forms of public transport.

Ground floor apartment in a small, traditional building typical of the region, located in a quiet neighborhood. The advantage is having a shaded courtyard with a table and chairs, as well as proximity to the tram, restaurants, and small shops. Ideally located near the center of Rouen and easily accessible by highways.

Very good price/quality. We used the hotel as a stop for our drive towards our holiday destination and for this aim, the hotel is perfect. Very clean room (not big but not needed at all), good matrasses, fine shower. The breakfast was really good for the price (basic but enough for just a stop) and very friendly people. A lot of parking spaces available for cars and parking closes during night. Limited reception hours but everything can we done with codes received via booking.com
