Martignargues itself is really a small hamlet with no shops...
Martignargues itself is really a small hamlet with no shops but it is extremely pretty and well worth a visit. It is in a fabulous location as it's easy to reach lots of other places and the road network is very good. Louie (owners son) was warm and welcoming. All made us fell welcomed. Originally, we only arranged dinner for our first night; it was so good and intimate (served in our room), we arranged for dinner on our second night (fortunately the weather allowed us to eat outside on our private deck). Breakfast was also served in our room. Hot tub - FABULOUS! Both, the room with its own jacuzzi and the room with direct pool access and its own spa bathtub, more than met our expectations. The delicious dinner of the in-house restaurant is served on a terrace with a wonderful view. Be sure to try the recommended regional and often Demeter-certified wines!
