The hotel is located in a small and extremely nice location far from the stress and very touristic Annecy. There is a lokal in-expensive bus that can take you to Annecy so no need to to stay in ”town”. Hotel has everything and the lake is beautiful. There are local great reausturants. Staff is very helpful and speak excellent english. Parking is not easy, but hotel parking inside gates is appreciated. Great beds.

Location and views were amazing. Room was beautiful. The service of all the staff was very good. The spa was the best I’ve been to with a heated pool, great sauna, plunge pool and jacuzzi.

    Menthon-Saint-Bernard is a very small town but it has a bar,...

    Menthon-Saint-Bernard is a very small town but it has a bar, restaurants, bakers and a well-stocked "local" supermarket. People very friendly! Where nearby Annecy is a beautiful, bustling city, Menthon is better for those who prefer the relative peace of the lake and mountains, yet is only a half hour drive into the city. There is also a bus service. Obviously very popular with cyclists, it is a VERY cycle-friendly place! There were lots of annoying roadworks at the time of our visit. We ate at the hotel and at the Chalet by the lake - nice, chilled pub-grub type food.

    The hotels location is stunning and our room had a fab view. Sadly our stay was too short but we had a lovely dinner in the gastronomic restaurant which wasn’t too much in any respect. Breakfast the next morning was good. Our room was good and comfortable- needed more shower gel then provided and we were lacking milk for coffee in the morning but little things. All round very lovely and would stay again.

    What a beautiful place! I booked this hotel as a cheap pitstop on my way to the mountains. The attraction was the price but we will definitely return for the location, the cleanliness of the rooms, the ease of parking and the lovely welcome from the staff. This place is right on the the lake, close to a fantastic restaurant. Really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
