I only stayed for one night while travelling to another place, so I didn't spend long in the city but it really impressed me and I wish I had more time to explore it. Metz was amazing! The Christmas markets were fantastic and the city itself is gorgeous! It is just the right size to get a city feeling, but not too large to be overwhelming! We stayed only one night.
We stayed only one night. The city has a nice historical center with various small restaurants and cafes. The rivers are surrounding the city which creates many beautiful views and a few small islands.
