Location was super the owner was amazingly friendly and helpful as were all the staff We loved the rustic decor very Swiss although in France. Super breakfasts. Our dog was made very welcome .

We had a wonderfull stay at Les Gentianettes Hotel. The dinners were delicious and we ate very good food. Highly recommend the restaurants, excellent food! Breakfasts were also great. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. A very nice and cosy family run hotel. We will definetly come again.

    Perfect summer holiday destination with the lake a short...

    Perfect summer holiday destination with the lake a short drive away and plenty of walks/hikes in the mountains. Also, a good location in winter as not too far from the slopes. I have been holidaying in Novel for many years and each time I return it just keeps getting better.
