Very nice and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious, really soundproofed and the beds are very confortable. Also the public transport is near (5-7-10 mins, depending on the route you are going). Also we loved the coffee machine that we found in the room. Plenty of restaurants nearby and groceries. Definetely, worth a try!

My stay in the Hotel Douglas was fantastic!! I felt so good here. The staff is super friendly, the location fabulous and the rooms very clean and beautiful with many great things like a kettle with coffee and tea. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was in a very good condition. The shower and water pressure was great and the soap smelled lovely! The view out of the window was nice and calm. It was very quiet, a perfect stay for a good rest. The train station is very near, so you only walk max. 2 minutes - it's safe and a great location. The city center is easy and quick to access. The train drives directly from Puteaux to Paris Saint Lazare and the ticket is cheap. You can also change at La Defense and use the metro to get to many beautiful places. I hope to be back soon! Thank you for the great service!

The hotel was conveniently located for me as I had an event that was a walking distance from the hotel. The surrounding area was bustling with life with lots of places to eat and outlets available in case you want to do a bit of shopping. And the metro is right outside the hotel so getting to the city centre is super easy. The staff was super helpful and so nice. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially for a solo traveler like me.

    Puteaux is beautiful, clean, safe and quiet. It is a lovely place to sit with coffee and watch the world go by if you want a break from the crowds of Paris city centre. Check out the beautiful gardens at Maison du Droit Et De La Famille. For Pizza and pasta you cant beat 'I gusti d'Italia on Rue de Verdun.

    We were based in Puteaux during our vacation in Paris.

    We were based in Puteaux during our vacation in Paris. It is a very convenient place to book accommodation and visit Paris daily, as it is possible to get to the main tourist attractions within 40 minutes (train, bus, tram). The city is peaceful and safe, I highly recommend staying there.

    Close to amenities (big shopping centre, two train stations). Lots of green garden spaces to walk through. Nice friendly neighbourhood. Parking was available but it was complicated sorting out payment for a non-french vehicle.

    Puteaux is charming and easy for visitors but transport is a major problem. For visitors La Defense is a problem, a big problem. It is not negotiable for visitors as it is too big. One cannot find the Metro, taxi's, whatever. Arriving there with a lot of luggage is a nightmare and I will never do it again.

    From the Social Hub Hotel in one direction is an attractive residential area with sufficient bars and restaurants. In the other direction and to get to the Metro you have to walk through an area of high rise office buildings. There is a substantial amount of building work going on here and it has been going on for over a year. There is a walkway through to the Metro Esplanade de La Défense but coming the other way when exiting the Metro the walkway is difficult to find. Overall the Metro station Esplanade de La Défense on Line 1 takes you in easily to the Champs Elysees and the Louvre. So Puteaux is a quient residential area but one with bars and restaurants but slightly let down by building work in its business centre

    Close to the shopping centre and access available but all around it's a building site so much is going one. No great access to facilities around the hotel unless you go to La Defense. Transport is non existent a couple of small buses. Maybe in the future things might different after building work is over.

    Hospitality of the staff at The Social Hub La Défense made our amazing trip to Paris even better. Rooms are nice and comfy, and they get cleaned every two days. Breakfast is really tasty, reception is open 0-24, and friendly staff working there are always ready to help you with whatever request you present them with! Good location also, close to bus stations and M1 metro line. We will definitely come back to Paris one day, and The Social Hub will be our first choice for accommodation!

    Nice and clean hotel, perfect for our one night stay. A little bit far from centre, but if you need to be near La Defense bus station, this hotel is a great option. The ladies at reception were very nice and helpful!
