We were very satisfied with the hotel itself. It was myself and my two sons staying in one room with three beds. The room was roomy enough for us guys. The hotel had an old cozy alpine feel about it, which we loved. While it is not a large modern hotel (which we were looking to avoid), the room and bathroom were modern enough to meet our satisfaction and needs, and the room was also cleaned everyday. This is a family-run hotel, and the warm charm of the people matched the level of charm of the hotel. They have a sweet little dog that hangs out in the lobby and greets you whenever you return after a long day on the slopes. We felt like we were returning home every day! Breakfast is down in the basement and was delicious every morning. There was something for everyone to eat. The hotel is also closely situated to all your needs in the city center. Right down the side street from the hotel is the main pedestrian walkway where there are delicious restaurants and plenty of shops and a supermarket. The place where we rented our skis is just a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and the bus stop to the lifts is right across the road from the ski rental place (so we were very happy with the convenience of having everything we needed close by). Breakfast starts at 7:30am each morning, but on our last day when we were being picked up early for our trip back to the airport, the hotel accommodated us with a 7:00am breakfast so that we headed off with full stomachs. You would not get that level of personal friendly service in a large hotel, and for all the reasons mentioned here, we will definitely return to this hotel again and highly recommend it for your stay. I believe the value we received exceeded the cost of the stay!

    Spacious chalet with amazing views to Mont Blanc. Good position to explore many places in the Alps, close to the highway, 15 min to Chamonix, 1h to Geneva airport or Annecy. Servoz is a very small village but you can still find restaurants and even a mini market close. The chalet is equipped with anything you need for cooking family meals, including fondue and raclette equipment, even has a fireplace, which we didn't used because we got nice temperatures. Everything was well maintained and clean.

    Fabulous views and the beautifully constructed and decorated alpine lodge. Everything was extremely clean and well set up. Servoz was a very relaxed and quiet area and the cows in the nearby field were thoroughly appreciated by the children. A great central point to explore the Chamonix Mont Blanc area. We enjoyed the local restaurant and cafe and walks close to the house.

    Didier (our host) made us very welcome The view of Mont Blanc and the valley below is superb Servoz is a delightful village only a few minutes walk, with a great boulangerie/coffee bar, bar/restaurant, grocery store and butcher/traiteur Just a 5 minute drive from the train station and the autoroute up and down the valley.

    The location was excellent for us; we wanted to be near Servoz. The apartment was very well fitted out, and attractively decorated and furnished. Very quiet, except for one or two cow bells! Sylvia and Paul were very helpful once we had sorted out the keycode misunderstanding.
