The spectacular view of Effiel Tower as you enter the room. The size of the room was quite larger than the rest of the hotel. The restaurant food is delicious and offers an amazing view of the city with Effiel Tower. The rooms were super clean.

Nothing at all to blame. Very functional and comfortable. Just outside there is local places to dinner or have a coffee. There is a good indoor parking spot included and thereafter we just used our feet and the Metro which is placed 2 min. away. Very seldom I give 10/10 but here it’s the only thing to do.

The place was perfectly clean, all needed utensils (such as a corkscrew!!!) were there. Staff was super friendly, no-thrill check-in/check-out process. The neighbourhood is lovely, a great intermarche store around the corner. Great value for money for a short stay!

Everything was super — very clean, comfortable, and just a great experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations. I especially want to mention the wonderful woman who worked in the dining area. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and full of positive energy. Vanves is great, very peaceful, and very good access to the convention centre. I am used to staying in the usual central Paris hotels, but really was fun to get away from the toursim and feel the real Paris. I also played table tennis at Ping Pang, which was amazing and welcoming. Give up on the Champs Elysee for a change and explore real Paris/Vanves, it's clean, fun and welcoming.

I absolutely loved staying in Vanves!

I absolutely loved staying in Vanves! It's a charming and peaceful neighborhood just outside the hustle and bustle of central Paris. What made my stay even more enjoyable was the wide variety of local markets, bakeries, and small bars—perfect for experiencing everyday Parisian life in a relaxed setting. There are also many public transportation options available, which made it very easy to get to the center of Paris quickly and comfortably. I would definitely stay in this neighborhood again!

Very nice staff, very good breakfast, nice lobby and eating area. They have an underground parking garage which is convenient if you come by car. Just outside of centre of Paris you dont have to worry about the French emission sticker (Umweltplakette). Great stating point to explore Paris - Metro station in walking distance was very convenient. Italian restaurant across the street makes delicious pizza. Rooms are clean. They were quite small, but it's Paris and you cant expect large rooms at reasonable prices. Absolutely sufficient for only spending nights. Wasnt happy that we were charged the full amount for our stay at checkin, without even seeing the rooms. They said they had customers leaving without paying... Make sure you bring a localized (French) printout of your booking confirmation (its available on booking.com) to avoid discussions what is in included and what fees they charge on top.

Vanves is beautiful, quiet and a very calming area.

Vanves is beautiful, quiet and a very calming area. Everything is within walking distance and there are plenty of cafes, boulangeries and shops which have everything you may need for a stay, long or short! There are also some parks nearby, and the entire area is full of beautiful, traditional houses.

Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Although the breakfast was very good, I thought it was expensive for a family. For us, it would have been €60 per day, and for four days alone, breakfast alone would have cost €240. So factor that into your calculations and your holiday budget. But it does come with a rooftop view of the Eiffel Tower! There's a supermarket a 5-minute walk away, but it's not as relaxing as the rooftop balcony.

The service was excellent.

The service was excellent. Despite being on the outskirts of the city, the location offers very convenient and quick access to the city center via metro line 13. Highly recommended. The Vanves neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. We went out for dinner several nights with my two children and enjoyed complete peace of mind. There are also several restaurants to choose from.

The layout of the flat 2 was good, also it was close to a really good baker. It was nice that we could change flats (due to a broken bed in the other flat 1). Vanvas felt like a safe area. The location has pros and cons, it was outside Paris but close to Versaille. It was quiet at night but in the mornings it was a bit strange as there is a car rental place right outside, so there were cars, repair/cleaning noise and fumes. We liked the coffee machine also (the kettle was a bit small though).

The room is okay for 1 or 2 person. The bed is okay. It close to metro and tram station. It locates in another part of Paris. There is no any sightseeings in walking access but it's interesting to walk in another area of city. It's about 30 minutes to Montparnasse railway station. Good view on Eiffel tower.

Perfect space facilities and location. Great base for paris. The local restaurant and supper markets are very close. The metro and Rer were with 5 minutes walk. And the parking space meant we could leave the car and not have to drive to places like Versailles, the louvre and notra dame.
