Very easy to get to and leave to go to the ferry at Caen. Very reasonable in price and very comfortable bed, great shower, towels, facilities in the room. Great staff and good beer! Breakfast was fab!

Breakfast was lovely & fresh croissants & freshly squeezed juice. Host Serge & Gaetane are great hosts, very friendly & they have lots of help & advice for visiting Paris & they are perfectly situated with the train station a few mins walk. Would definitely recommend 👌 we will visit again!

Great host, lots of facilities and little extras in the apartment. Even had a machine to wash our clothes. Excellent location, just a 6 min walk to the station and then 30 min train for €5 euro to central Paris

Clean and comfortable room. We were attending a wedding and were able to park our car close to the hotel, and walk to/from the wedding. Very convenient. We had requested early checkin so that we could drop off our suitcase before heading to the wedding. Our host agreed to this, which made everything much easier for us, and it was much appreciated. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Lovely warm welcome, nice touch to gift us cold drinks as we arrived, it had been. a hot day. Our room was spacious and comfortable so we had a good night’s rest. The breakfast offering, in a beautiful rooom, was extensive with croissants, pain au chocolat, pain, coffee (good!), teas, cheeses, cold meats, fruit, cereals, fresh boiled eggs, fresh fruit….. Excellent value. The location of the hotel was ideal for our cycle tour. We would happily stay here again.

    Unfortunately my phone wifi was not working and I arrived by...

    Unfortunately my phone wifi was not working and I arrived by train not car as som many people assume. I think it would be good to just add that short instruction as it was much nearer than I realised. I got help from friendly locals. Beautiful little village and I was there for a wedding so it was all very close by. I went into the city easily from there I did not eat there but a very convenient mini supermarket had all the essentials. It was a delightful place to stay but I should have used the shutters!! The cold water tap on the shower was a bit stiff and it was so hot that it was difficult to get the cold water to work!

    A real slice of French life! Villennes-sur-Seine is simply charming with great travel connections into Paris. There is a lovely walk along the river to nearby Poissy and it is only 20 minutes by car or taxi to the palace of Versailles. Serge and Gaetane made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. The house is full of history and they have made the upstairs apartment very comfortable indeed. The pool is wonderful, when weather permits :-)
