We liked absolutely everything, We are staying at this hotel for the third year in a row. Convenient check-in - the whole procedure is described in great detail in the instructions that are sent in advance. The place is incredibly atmospheric, a 13th century house, all covered with plants, with a Stork family living on the roof. The building has a shared kitchen equipped with everything you need - a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, coffee, tea, jams, honey, etc. and an air-conditioned dining room. There is also a patio outside with a small garden, garden furniture and a dining area. The rooms are also air-conditioned, with comfortable beds and a good shower. We had a room on the top floor. The room offers a beautiful view on the vineyards and Zellenberg. There is free private parking next to the hotel. Carmen is very cool and responsive - she solves any problems. We will definitely return to this hotel next year.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was beautiful and spacious, bathroom great, we had a small terrace which was also very nice. The hotel staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent right at the start of Kaysersberg old town.

Amazing design of the hotel in general and the junior suite, beautiful gardens by the stream. The breakfast served in the gardens near the stream in a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Beautiful SPA and pool. Great dining in The two Michelin restaurant beside the hotel. Amazing service, we had to leave early And they served breakfast half and hour before opening especially for us
