great place to drop in on a roadtrip. great food! coincidentally there was a half marathon being held just outside the hotel when we were about to leave. gave us the chance to experience Fleet as we were a bit parked in during the race. I hope all Sundays in Fleet include the fleet rock choir!

I loved that Josh from reception is very customer service oriented and every time that we returned to this hotel he did his best to help us with reservations, with bookings for the car. Whatever we would have asked him he did his best to come with a suggestion or an answer in the shortest time. Me and my colleagues felt so relieved when we saw that he was on duty because it made all the time our check in so fast and for us really means a lot as we are not having always a long rest in between duties. Congratulations Josh.

Lovely big room. Quiet room. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The food was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast.     The Lion Brewey was selected as it was close to Ash Railway Station and just 7 min train journey to my destination. That sadly was the only positive. The owner of the B and B was polite and will engage in conversation. The barman who I met on arrival was polite so was the cleaner who was cleaning the tables in the bar area before leaving.

    It was a good price and location for what we needed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bedding was fresh and room large. A really lovely Indian restaurant opposite ! We didn't eat at the property, so cannot comment on food. The facilities were basic, the decor old fashioned, but it was cheap & friendly.
