First of all they were very helpful and let me rearrange my stay at quite short notice. It was clean and tidy and there was a nice selection of coffees in the room. The breakfast was excellent.

The staff couldn't do more for us if they tried. From checking in and out,reception,the Spa staff,restaurant and cafe. They were exceptional, friendly and utterly lovely. Fantastic spa treatments. The rooms were fabulous. Clean,like a home from home.

Excellent value hotel. Great night's sleep due to a comfortable bed, highly effective blackout curtains, and very quiet surroundings. Free and very spacious car park. The room was a good size, and the bathroom and shower were good. Large TV and a desk for working (with fast stable WiFi). Excellent breakfast, including varied continental selection and hot items cooked to order (sausage or bacon baps, for example). Staff were very professional and friendly. Checking in and out was quick and easy, including sending an invoice for work/expenses purposes. There is a bar/restaurant for evening meals which I didn't have the opportunity to try. Very convenient location for nearby Kent towns and was considerably cheaper when I booked than nearby alternatives.

This was an enjoyable place to stop on the way to Dover. We would definitely stop there again unfortunately they had a large party on that night but still enjoyed the stay, only negative was the parking

The house and its facilities are excellent, located in a...

The house and its facilities are excellent, located in a very quite part of West Kingsdown. You are only a short 10 mins walk from shops and takeaway. Offroad parking is very good and accessible with room for at least 4 large cars. The cleaning standards are as high as we have come across in a private house. As I think the owner would agree is that the bathroom is ready for an upgrade, however very clean and functionable.

room was good, clean and spacious, breakfast was excellent, had a meal and afternoon tea in the restaurant, food and service were very good. bar was fine and the cocktails were very good. EV charging on site was a relief and even better it was working ( unlike a lot of hotel changepoints. So I didn't have to go searching for a changepoint before setting off back home.

Incredibly quiet location, down the road from the village of Ash. Comfortable and spacious, nice mix of modern and rustic, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space to stretch out. Reasonable value for money for this party of Kent.

A great base to explore Canterbury and the coast by car. Quiet and clean and comfortable, the house has everything that’s needed for self-catering - full kitchen, washing machine, large bathroom, and separate sitting room.
