Wonderful, clean modern room with a lovely bath plus the best full English breakfast ever! Farm fresh eggs, locally made sausages, delicious tomatoes, tasty back bacon, buffet available too. Highly recommended - great value for money and a friendly owner who made us feel most welcome! This location also has cakes and coffees available in the afternoons and does Sunday lunches, which look divine, but we weren't able to try on this occasion, as we only stayed one night on our way to a wedding.Guest review byJaneUnited States - 10.0
Romantic, secluded, beautiful, spacious, cosy place for...
Romantic, secluded, beautiful, spacious, cosy place for couples with a hottub. Amazing little place and will definitely be going back. There's a cafe on site although we didn't try this but they did bring us breakfast in bed which we asked if we could have bacon sandwiches instead of the continental which was no problem. This location is not only handy for me to visit relatives its also conveniently located for visiting the Stour Valley and Dedham Vale villages and towns. Both Sudbury and Colchester are within easy reach.
