The location was just a few minutes from the beach. The flat itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable stay. The host was highly communicative and accommodating, going the extra mile by leaving milk and other breakfast items in the fridge for us - a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated

We were given a warm welcome and shown to our room which was lovely, they had even provided a fan as the weather was extremely warm. Although positioned on a main road the traffic noise was minimal and we were provided earplugs!! The evening meal was delicious, as was breakfast. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.

The manor was very comfortable and in lovely grounds. The staff were very helpful and responsive to any request or question. A very nice breakfast was included either full English or Continental or both. Would definitely stage again.

    A great base for visiting the New Forest, Christchurch, Bournemouth and Lymington. Lovely beach nearby at Avon beach between Highcliffe and Mudeford. Hengistbury Head also close and endless places of interest. Plenty of eating places and a bus stop with buses to Bournemouth across the road from apartment.

    It is a quiet location, beach, cafes & two very good pub restaurants (the cliff house & pebble beach) Easy access to the beaches & new forest days out. Sobo & Mudeford beaches are more but also a lot busier.

    Tastefully decorated modern apartment, just a few yards from the seafront and beach, with much attention to detail.There are cafes, an excellent restaurant and a local convenience shop just over the road. Bus stop to Lymington and Christchurch outside. Lovely walks along the coast in either direction.

    Barton on Sea has a lovely restaurant (Pebble Beach), great cafes and superb walks along the coastline. The pub is very friendly and spacious, and the staff are very welcoming. Lots of parking available on the sea front.

    Very good walking area and benches on the cliffs.The beach is a long walk down and as an elderly couple it was impossible for us. Eating out was very enjoyable, found a different restaurant for each of our 3 evenings we were there.

    Barton on Sea and the surrounding area is beautiful.

    Barton on Sea and the surrounding area is beautiful. Lovely beaches, good facilities for eating and shopping. Close to many outdoor attractions. Nearby Highcliffe Beach is uncrowded, and dogs are allowed all year round. It is quite a steep path from car park to beach though. House Martin pub is good for food, very reasonable prices, good service and lovely pub garden.
