We used taxis for most of our travels although a train station is not very far. Up the road from The Bebington, we went to a Pub called the Sizzling part of the Acorn. Good food great atmosphere. In a nutshell if you wish for a budget B&B in a decent location then this maybe for you. I just needed an overnight stay to rest up before travelling again on the following day. Breakfast is included (as I left early I missed this). Decent Wifi & you have access to shared lounge with large TV. Space on grounds for parking. The breakfast was great - tasty and ample. Set you up for the day. Loved the bed - big and comfy. Also, the room was not cluttered; it was very spacious, but had all the essentials. The owner/s were so friendly, willing to talk and give information about the area. Surpasses all standards for the market it is in which is the world of good B&B The only reason it doesn't get ten stars, is that I couldn't in good conscience rate it as highly as some of the world class hotels I have stayed in, (having hotel in the title.) If you're looking for a great B&B on the Wrral peninsular however...look no further. These guys are hard to beat in that market.
