We decided to do the NC500 starting from Inverness after a wedding then stayed in Ullapool with Borgia Lodge Hotel the second night and via John O’ Groats Dingwall then down to Callender and home. The whole experience was excellent.
The whole experience was excellent. The owners were very attentive and talked about the Hotel they bought 2 years ago and what they have done since. They have created a wonderful atmosphere within the Hotel and during the close season are working on developments to improve the Hotel still further. We loved staying at the Borgie Lodge Hotel. The owners were so friendly and accommodating, they had a drying wall for our motorcycle gear and a shed for the bikes to sleep in so we started out warm and dry in the morning.
