The room for three was extremely comfortable and quiet, with lovely views onto the gardens. The beds were great and we all slept very well! Breakfasts were very good and staff were helpful and friendly.

It was spacious, new, clean, and tidy. The furniture and kitchen utensils are all new and modern, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. The checkin and checkout process was seamless. Free parking was available right outside the house. Our group spent a wonderful night here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    I love bracknell because of its lovely shopping centre.

    I love bracknell because of its lovely shopping centre. The fact that it's quiet and peaceful. It's close to Ascot which is a place I love. It's a train ride away from the heart of london, in less than an hour you're there. There are some lovely park there. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

    Nice friendly place but did nit stay long enough to explore more. As I love to explore what I did see, was nice. Just wish I had a longer stay. Buses were clean and friendly staff. Which you don’t get where I live

    We didnt explore Bracknell that much but it seemed to have a busy shopping centre and plenty of underpasses to navigate away from thr main road. I liked the fact that the cycle lane was separate from the path for pedestrians Plenty of places to get a coffee.

    It was close to Legoland and easy to find

    It was close to Legoland and easy to find There were enough restaurants and other distractions to occupy the evenings if you so wish However the hotel felt more like a gym ／spa that had a few rooms attached to it rather than a proper hotel. There was no phone in the room to contact reception..and the room itself lacked a central light in the main room. Also the WiFi went on the 2nd day and wasn't fixed until the 4th evening.

    Great hotel stay for families. It has a good size car park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well appointed and the onsite facilities are good, with a large restaurant with good value food and a great family restaurant/bar area suitable for families to relax after a day out.

    We booked the hotel to get away from the mess of our new kitchen being installed so it was a break not a holiday. The dining room wasn't open on the Monday night so we had to use the Bier Kellar which wasn't to our taste so we went out to eat on the second night. Unfortunatly, the internet wasn'good which was a problem as I was working (I couldn't send E-Mails with attachments). We couldn't understand the reasoning behind the heating in the room having to use a small mobile electric radiator. It was good to sit in the lobby by the fire.

    The room and bathroom were really lovely, modern, exceptionally clean and comfortable beds. Plenty of mirrors and space for a family to get ready, which is always a bonus when travelling with teenage girls! Breakfast was really good, great choice. . Nothing was too much trouble for any of staff. Great location for easy access to local attraction. Bracknell is a great little shopping hub and there are plenty of family pubs within a short 5 min drive from hotel. We will be returning in the summer.

    The location was great. I used to stay here regularly when it was a Hilton hotel and it was much nicer. Sad it's changed as I don't think it was for the best. Would not stay again!!
