Broad Hinton is a lovely little village with a dog friendly...
Broad Hinton is a lovely little village with a dog friendly pub (not open on Mondays and Tuesdays). There are lots of interesting places and walks around Broad Hinton including Avebury Stones, Marlborough, Silbury Hill, the White Horse Trail and Royal Wootton Bassett. Pretty village with walks from the door.
Pretty village with walks from the door. So much to explore in the area and it wasn't packed out everywhere over the bank holiday. A relaxing stay with touches of luxury.
A relaxing stay with touches of luxury. This is a self-catering stay in a hamlet with no grocery shop, so come prepared. There is a friendly pub called the Crown only two doors away if you haven't been able to prepare to cook for yourselves. Everything is immaculate, the flat screen TV is simple to use, and slippers and robes were available for my stay -- a very welcome detail. The hosts are warm and hospitable.
