Lovely large room with everything we needed in it. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Ate in the restaurant for 2 nights and the food was really nice. All the staff were so friendly.

We liked being able to stay in a hotel that was close to our family. It was a convenient location and we were happy with our room. The staff was very friendly. We loved being able to use the facilities...the driving range. The adventure golf was closed due to snow the day we wanted to play, but we hope to play next time we stay. We enjoyed being able to use the lounge area by the bar to hang out with a big group of family members.

    A peaceful and relaxing location, set in a narrow country...

    A peaceful and relaxing location, set in a narrow country lane. There are no shops in the village, the nearest being about 5 minutes away in Melton. One thing worth mentioning is that the village can be accessed from two directions both off the Orford Road: 1. School Lane, which is a slightly concealed entrance and slightly dangerous in heavy traffic conditions; 2. via Common Lane which gives - in my opinion - a much easier and safer approach off and access onto Orford Road than School Lane, so I would ignore sat nav if it tries to take you the School Lane route.
