Everything was absolutely perfect. All the staff was brilliant, the food was great, we just loved the hotel. We asked to change our room for the quiet one, and the manager gave us probably the best room in the hotel.

From the minute we walked into the hotel we were welcomed by a very nice lady who took us up to our room. The room was up there in being one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Was so comfortable. The rest of the hotel was very well appointed and inviting. Breakfast was plentiful and extremely tasty. Will definitely go back again and recommend to family and friends

We love everything about the place. As you’re reaching the area, you’ll be welcomed by the breathtaking scenic view of the mountains, which makes you wonder if dragons once lived here.  The room is well equipped with a good selection of tea bags, chocolates, and coffees. It’s clean, has good lighting, and is well ventilated. The mattress is comfortable to sleep on.  This is a special place for us both because I proposed to my fiancé by the lakeside on the property. The staff are amazing as they are thoughtful and tentative to our needs, and they have been supportive and helped me with the details before the proposal. I am overjoyed when we are engaged and the staff make us feel like a part of the family who celebrates our love together. We are already thinking of returning to the place in the future.

The town house was exceptional. Spotless clean. In the centre of Caernarfon...the hosts where very helpful and friendly. They where reachable every time we called them. Beautiful old house, comfortable and clean and in a lovely location. Breakfast and a kitchen with all mod cons. Close to the harbour and a walk to the super Market. Bathroom was spotless with lovely views. I wish I could stay longer.
