The hotel is old style with new modern rooms. Very comfortable. Were there for a reception and everything went well. The restaurant serves tasty andquality meals. The breakfast is exceptional. Sufficient free parking in a rural setting. The staff was ever so friendly. I had made a mistake during the reservation via Booking but the was solved in a very friendly way by Sammie.

staff were amazing and welcoming. Mr Stuart was really professional from the night shift. we checked in late because of some issues but he was really kind and offered us late checked. (USB ports in the room are a really good 😅🙌🏽)

Very friendly welcome from receptionist Sabrina. Exceptional. All of the staff that we came across were friendly, polite and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better service. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was nice, clean, and warm. I was glad that the room was nicely warm as the weather was cold outside and I just had dinner in another nearby hotel with my colleague (who chose to stay there), and that place was super cold, so it was definitely nice to arrive to a warm hotel room. I also appreciated that it was equipped with an iron and ironing board. I must say, that every single staff member was exceptional!!! I don't recall having such a good experience with staff ever. I was missing a converter from the EU to the UK plug and everyone did their best efforts to help me out. THANK YOU! Small things like this matter!

    Room wasn't very clean, lots of cobwebs and the carpets are really dirty. But friendly staff that go above and beyond. Lots of places to eat and there is a lovely river and playground for the children No hot chocolate or biscuits in the room for the children. No veggie options for breakfast, you have to ask for veggie sausages and they take a while

    Ideal stopping place on M25 before travelling further North.

    Ideal stopping place on M25 before travelling further North. Room was clean and good choice of breakfast foods. Staff were lovely. Parking is in the main service station car park - could be difficult to see your car from the hotel if the place is busy, but car was safe. Attached to a well stocked service station, but food places will close about 8:30pm during the weekdays, so be aware if travelling and thinking you will be able to get food later on into the evening.

    As I said in my review overall some some frontline staff...

    As I said in my review overall some some frontline staff were too Inexperienced or just haven’t had the level of training needed. Example: dinner was asked to order food before a drink offered. Had no idea of wine on offer and eventually wrong wine served and poured without tasting. We love blue cheese sauce However I don’t know what we got but !!! Lastly my colleague was offered an upgrade however it seems he was charged for it conformation of this would be appreciated.

    The parking, the location . The welcome at reception. The restaurant facilities , The choice of eateries. Value for money. Not everyone likes to pay for their dogs but for us the convenience of having them with us at the hotel is a cost we are more than happy to pay. If we attend this dog show we will stay at this Ramada Cobham.

    The hotel is at a motorway services on the M25 and so we...

    The hotel is at a motorway services on the M25 and so we knew it would not be luxurious but it was definitely below expectations. The parking is in the main service station car park which was a security concern. The room was very basic and was in need of refurbishment. When we got to the room we were initially given it had not been cleaned and was exactly as the previous occupant had left it. We were then given a disabled room which was clean but very basic. There is no excuse for the low standard of accommodation offered especially when carrying the Ramada name.

    A nice little village with plenty of pretty places. Best to stay in a hotel or guest house in the village and not the Ramadan hotel which is on the motorway. Royal wisely gardens it's not too far away plus brookfields which is an air craft museum plus other things ext .

    We throughly enjoyed our stay at Woodlands Park Hotel, the staff were brilliant. We were given a complimentary upgrade which was wonderful, and just what we needed for some luxury and comfort! Room service was excellent and the room had absolutely everything you could possibly need! We will certainly be staying here again! Thank you to everyone at the hotel, especially the kind and lovely receptionist who was sympathetic to our personal circumstances.

    I am really glad that I went back last weekend after a couple of years of stopping , the hotel has had a renovation, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was lovely and the towels were excellent, best that I have ever had in a hotel. The food was good. I cannot find a fault. Well done Hilton Cobham, back to being a great hotel again.
