The house is in a lovely spot just outside of comber but still in walking distance to the town centre. It was clean and the host is very nice. The big room with the king size bed also offered an amazing view. I also loved the tip on places to go and eat for dinner the recommendation given was splendid!

To begin Philip greeted us as if we were family arriving home! He continued to make personal contact throughout our five day stay. The bartender Philip was also incredibly cordial and fun! The breakfast room was fantastic the host that was working during the weekdays was just excellent- he explained the buffet and made sure we had whatever we desired such as ice water for me! The housekeeping staff were very accommodating and provided whatever we needed and they were so respectful. I would return over and over.

To be honest, I did not spend that much time in Comber...

To be honest, I did not spend that much time in Comber itself. There are so many other places to visit in the area. Belfast, Strangford Lough and peninsula, Downpatrick, Newcastle, Mourne Mountains within easy driving distance. Comber was still a little bit quiet, with the lockdown just lifting. But everyone I met was very friendly. A good basis to explore a large part of Northern Ireland.
