Great hotel in the lovely town of Porlock. We were made to feel right at home on arrival and the rooms were clean and quiet with lovely views. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. Also great to be able to order a packed lunch for our coastal walk and the breakfast was delicious. Would stay again if I visit Porlock again.

We loved our stay here. A luxury stay for a night during our travels was very much appreciated. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would love to come back.

We loved our stay at Myrtle Cottage, wished we had have booked longer. Tyrone and Neil are wonderful hosts who go above and beyond to make sure their guests are happy and comfortable. I can’t recommend this B&B enough every little detail has been considered, would stay again in a heartbeat

We were a group of 7 book club ladies.

We were a group of 7 book club ladies. We like eating, walking (and reading). This property had great kitchen facilities, comfortable rooms (two ensuite) - lovely bedding and towels. The location was fantastic for walking. The living room is set up with plenty of comfy sofas/loungers which was perfect for our group. Very spacious. Lovely and warm with log-burner and good heating throughout. (We visited in early March.) Parking right outside the door. Good internet. We will definitely come again.
