This is the first time we have stayed at The Whitehall but it won’t be the last. The breakfasts were a farce , no supervision of staff , a manager was no where to be seen. They ran out of several basics and the food on the buffet was stewed and dried up. Our standard room with bathroom was absolutely fine, really clean and with all facilities, but a little small, should have booked a bigger room. Nice bar and lounge area. We were in Darwen to visit family, and they came over and spent the evening together catching up. The terrace was lovely, overlooking the grazing field for sheep.
