Impeccably clean with attention to the finest detail. It had everything I needed and more. The owner is incredibly attentive throughout the stay. This accommodation is the perfect stay for anyone visiting Loch Ness. I loved the cats greeting me in the morning and night for their snack. We had a wonderful stay at High March B&B. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The whole B&B had a very welcoming atmosphere and we really enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was delicious and the view was absolutely stunning. The location was also perfect – close to many attractions and restaurants. We can highly recommend this place!

It is a lovely cottage with a terrace, it has everything you could possible need with a lot of personal touch. Everything is new, sparkling clean and looks wonderful! The hosts are amazing, extremely helpful and they really went above and beyond for us! The welcome basket is such a nice gesture and we enjoyed all the treats from it, served as a delicious breakfast with local home made products! I would recommend this place and would definitely love to come back!

It has been a few years since I was last in Drumnadrochit, It has grown since my last visit. More amenities for locals and tourists, the people their are friendly, The local hub was informative and there were a lot of information signs too. Great wee place to visit.

Drumnadrochit is a lovely village next to Loch ness, there are a few village shops and a couple of pubs. You can visit the Loch ness Centre, which tells you the history of the famous Loch ness Monster. I would also recommend booking a boat tour with Loch Ness Cruises in the Village. They take you out on the Loch with their boat the Nessy Hunter, which is very good. You also have Urquhart Castle down the road, I'd recommend getting the 919 bus, this will collect you from the bus stop by the Village green and take you straight to the castle. The Loch ness Inn is a good place for food or drink and does some lovely food. You also have access to some good woodland walks too.

I stayed overnight for work purposes and so I wasn't there for my own pleasure or recreation. That said. I've been through Drumnadrochit many a time and it has always been a quaint and enchanting little village with great scenery and excellent facilities. There's a few good pubs and places to eat as well as plenty of shops catering for the outdoor traveller along with the usual passing tourists. This is more of a stopover kind of place on the Great Glen Walk or the Loch Ness tourist trail and there is plenty here for the interest of most travellers.

A great place for boat tours of Loch Ness and Urquhart...

A great place for boat tours of Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle is located just outside the village. The village itself is very pleasant with a beautiful village green which had a market on it the day we left. The Fiddlers Restaurant on the village green was a great place to eat, drink and watch the world go by. Urquhart Castle is well worth visiting with a great visitor centre and Loch Ness as a splendid backdrop to the stunning castle remains.

This is from previous experience as the hotel I stayed in was some distance outside. Drumnadrochit is a lovely little town and well worth stopping over for a night on your travels. The people are friendly and helpful and I have visited many times over the years and always found it pleasant.

Fab little village, friendly and welcoming.

Fab little village, friendly and welcoming. Great base for exploring the area. Just plan your evening meals as not much choice after 5pm. Everything Nessi related can be found here. Gift shops offer a great range. Plenty of forest/waterfall walks around the area as well.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Appears to have had a recent renovation , as the room was modern ,clean and spacious . Check in lady was fantastic. We had a dig with us , and no extra charge . We dined in the restaurant and the food was fantastic. Would recommend the butter chicken dish . Also have a full doggy menu for those travelling with a pooch

Lovely hosts. Very welcoming and helpful.. Throughout the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and cooked superbly. Restaurant next-door was of the same high standard. With Nessieland on the grounds too.. and a wooded area. Overall fantastic. Couldn't of wished for more. Would definitely recommend and would like to return someday.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast and dinner at the restaurant downstairs were excellent – the quality of food was brilliant, and everything was incredibly tasty!
