Wea arrived quite tired after a wet drive from Manchester. We were greeted by Cliff who carried our bags to our room. And showed us around. Wow the inside was palatial as was our room. The breakfasts were brilliantly cooked and lots of food by Christina. We could not ask for more.

The guesthouse is in a tranquil location with a nice view over grasslands. The interior design is very new and beautiful / tasteful. You will find anything you might need in this well equipped guesthouse - including the kitchen. The landlord even came by to welcome us in person and asked if we needed anything. We loved everything! The room was absolutely beautiful! The bathroom was spacious and lovely. The view was breathtaking. The breakfast was so delicious and fresh. These were the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever tasted. The hosts were kind and accommodating, and we even got a picture with the adorable Highland cows, chickens, and sheep. I will recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone I know who visits Scotland.

For a weekend away with friends , it was restful and comfortable but at the same time had a variety of places to eat and evening entertainment for you to enjoy together . Our second visit and we intend to make it an annual event .

We liked the friendliest of the people we met, lovely cafe and reasonably priced, A lovely clothes shop offering a variation of clothes, beautiful surroundings. Lovely walks and nice beach a short distance away, ideal for walkers.

A lovely wee place to visit.

A lovely wee place to visit. We stayed so we could visit the Falkirk Wheel and Kelpies but many come for the outdoor activities. Plenty of coffee shops and bars. The Thursday night Pipe Band is brilliant.

Ideal location for exploring Loch Lomond and in easy reach...

Ideal location for exploring Loch Lomond and in easy reach of the trossachs! The village has independent shops for food and provisions plus a very good pub! There's a lovely path immediately opposite the Buchanon Arms approx 200m leading to a viewing area with benches to look out on the trossachs!

Our trip to the lodge was disappointing as we had no heating...

Our trip to the lodge was disappointing as we had no heating or hot water and WiFi kept dropping . Looking at other reviews this looks like unresolved issues and had I checked previous reviews would not have booked The owner offer to provide us refund for above but has we have not received

The location was fabulous .... a rural location on the outskirts of Drymen. Very convenient for visits to Loch Lomond, Balmaha, Rowardennan, Balloch, and for hiking on the West Highland Way and and climbing/walking on local hills. Plus a relatively short drive to Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh. Exceptionally comfortable and modern property. Warm and cosy and very well appointed. Owner, Jenny, met with us on arrival and gave us some helpful guidance on local attractions and nearby pubs and eateries.

The property was very clean and had comfortable beds. The host was easily contactable. The property is in a great location for the national park, and near the Hills for walking or Glasgow and Stirling for day trips. Lots of walks in local area, and you can walk to either Drymen or Croftamie for breakfast/evening meals. We went to the But & Ben for breakfast and the Clachan for an evening meal.

We had dinner at the hotel on the first night and we all thought the food was delicious. The lounge area has lovely couches and comfortable chairs. The bed was very comfortable . The pool was good with the sauna and steam room.
