We really loved staying here. We stayed at the apartment and made daytrips to the Highlands, the Isle of Skye and Loch Ness which are all very close and easy to reach by car. The breakfast was very nice. They even had some vegan choices and lots of vegetarian (including eggs ;) ) The atmosphere in and around the rewilding center was very nice and calm. The nature is stunning. We loved it a lot although we did not spend much time. We would definitely come again!

It was great! the view is amazing, very comfortable . the owners were fantastic helping as with everything we need. they helped as getting the bikes , with the bike paths to take . really nice people ! i highly recommend this place !

We were upgraded to a double from 2 single beds at no extra charge and no fuss. Manager was very helpful and showed us a lovely clean room with great clean bathroom. Entire place was spotless. The location was excellent. The attached Chinese restaurant was one of the best I've ever eaten in and I've eaten in many.

The Pod itself was a whole new experience for us. The interiors were smartly planned out and sophisticated to ensure maximum comfort in the space. The location was just calm and superb with views of the highlands. It was just a 2 minute drive to the city-center. It was an amazing experience. We never knew what it would be like to stay in the old Abbey but the combination of the old (history, beautiful architecture, stunning views of the lake and the surrounding landscapes) and the new (neat, modern facilities, access to the pool and sauna) was exceptional. We loved how big our apartment was. Our daughter had her own room and bathroom and we all had a separate living room with majestic high ceilings and a big kitchen. We also got a lovely hamper as a welcome gift, which was very handy when didn’t feel like braving the cold to go out to buy a snack.

    The Dundreggan Rewilding Centre is a beautiful modern facility in the heart of beautiful Scottish mountains. It is part of a charity that is planting up to 100,000 native trees in the Scottish highlands, supporting wildlife such as deer, boar, beavers, crossbills and other rare birds, and potentially lynx! There is a great cafe, very friendly staff and lovely walks for a range of abilities.

    Great location and facilities. Lovely walks and wildlife. Very peaceful and quiet. Great educational experience for adults and children in the rewilding centre. There are citylink buses which take bicycles on request to near the property if you do not have a car. Lovely breakfast in the cafe which is included in the stay. Great shared kitchen area for guests however the addition of a toaster and perhaps a hob would be nice to have hot food in the colder months. We had a problem with the key entry system on arrival but quickly rectified by the staff and staff are available at all hours if help is required. Lots of eco friendly facilities. For staying there I would advise to bring food & snacks which can be stored in the kitchen area and fridge as the nearest shops are quite a distance. The cafe caters well for dietary requirements. Close to the Great Glen way and Fort Agustus.
