room very comfy, everything you needed was there. Breakfast was fab, cooked to perfection. Thai resturant was exceptional, food was authentic and plentiful. The staff could not do enough for guests, they went above and beyond .

Location was just a short walk from the beach and close to lots of good restaurants and cafes. The beach is an excellent location for collecting sea glass. The room was superb, clean, warm (as we visited during Winter) with tea and coffee making facilities and an excellent rainfall shower. It is an unmanned hotel but the access instructions we received on the morning were easy to follow. I was able to communicate with the property via text when I had a question. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

    Small village on the main road between Middlesbrough & Scarborough. Bus stops close to nTiger Inn served the locald & visitors wanting to access the coast. Attractive village but few facilities other than the church & the Eagle Pub that we noticed.
